We always need general volunteers to help run the shop during open days, unit private events, and other special events through out the year. If interested in volunteering with BTT, please fill out the form below and someone will contact you.
BTT began in 2023, as an idea by Lynda Smith and a group of volunteers who saw the need to revitalize military traditions after COVID. The goal was to help Service Members and their dependents keep these traditions alive and help defray the costs associated with this, by providing free formal attire and Dress Uniform Accessories. BTT also wanted to help Service Members and their dependents as they transition into the civilian work force and offers business attire, great for interviews. Black Tie Tactical quickly became an organization with a physical location on Fort Riley, where Service Members and their dependents can come 'shop' for FREE for their big event and have all their military etiquette and protocol questions answered.
Black Tie Tactical is sponsored by AUSA- Fort Riley Central Kansas Chapter.
